Job summary
The Executive Admissions Representative will interface with prospective students in support of the student's decision to attend school.Primary Responsibilities include Consistently operating within and evaluating monthly activity against minimum activity standards,
Develop and manage action plans to meet qualitative performance standards,
Professionally assist prospective students through the admissions process per all applicable federal and state regulations,
Use five9 telephone for interviews, along with chat, text messaging, and e-mail correspondence to identify student prospects and determine their educational needs, concerns, and interests.,
Develop rapport with prospective students and maintain frequent contact throughout the enrollment cycle.,
Partner with other departments including Financial Aid and Academics to ensure the delivery of a high level of service to every student including those interested in degree programs.
