Job summary
Install commission and start up automated machinery at customer facilities perform machine building wiring assembly and testing before shipment diagnose and resolve electrical mechanical pneumatic and programming issues conduct system troubleshooting and calibration both inhouse and at customer sites readand interpret electrical schematics mechanical drawingsand technical documentation utilize PLCand HMI software for troubleshooting adjustments provide technical training for operators maintenance personnel deliver remotesupport to customers via phone electronic communication accurately document service activities findings recommendations.
- Responsibilities include install commissioning of automated machinery performing machine building electricity pneumatics programming diagnosing resolving issues conducting system troubleshooting calibration providing technical training delivering remote support documenting service activities.
