    As the Revenue & Compensation Accountant, you will assume a pivotal role in the effective management of the key financial aspects within our organization. Your primary responsibilities include performing the calculation of Provider (physicians/advanced practioners) compensation, prepare Provider compensation statements, respond to Provider inquiries, ensuring accurate recording of revenue-related transactions and related accounting records. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, utilizing financial systems, and contributing to the preparation of comprehensive financial reports will be integral to your role. This position presents a unique opportunity for impactful contributions to our financial processes, supporting the organization in achieving its financial goals.

    Responsibilities:

    Duties/Responsibilities:

    • Perform Provider compensation calculations, tracking various structures and agreements to ensure compliance.
    • Oversee revenue-related transactions and ensure accurate recording in financial systems.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and contribute to the preparation of comprehensive financial reports.
    • Reconcile compensation accruals on a monthly basis.
    • Conduct regular audits of financial transactions to maintain accuracy and integrity.
    • Provide support in financial analysis and forecasting to contribute to strategic decision-making.
    • Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and optimal financial management.
    • Collaborate with internal and external auditors during financial audits.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.
    Qualifications:

    Required Skills/Abilities:

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Knowledge of relevant financial regulations and compliance.
    Licensure/Certifications/Education:

    Education and Experience:

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
    • CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or relevant professional certification is preferred.
    • Minimum two (2) years experience in public accounting or similar

    Physical Requirements:

    • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
    • Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
