    Position Overview:
    We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Tax Manager to join our finance team. The Tax Manager will be responsible for overseeing business and individual tax returns while communicating directly with the clients. This role requires a deep understanding of tax laws and regulations, as well as strong analytical and leadership skills.

    Responsibilities:
    Manage and oversee the preparation and filing of business and individual tax returns.
    Develop and implement tax planning strategies to help clients minimize tax liabilities.
    Stay up-to-date on changes in tax laws and regulations and ensure compliance with all relevant requirements.
    Conduct research and analysis on complex tax issues and provide guidance.
    Coordinate with partners as needed.
    Review tax returns.
    Lead and mentor a team of tax professionals, providing guidance and support to help them succeed in their roles.

    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; CPA required.
    Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax accounting, with a focus on tax.
    Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations, including experience with federal, state, and local taxes.
    Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to research and resolve complex tax issues.
    Proven leadership and management abilities, with experience leading and developing a team.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and staff.
    Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
