    Material handlers should be able to: (Preferred Requirements)
    • Life 40+ pounds regularly throughout the day
    • Have previous forklift experience, prior certification OR ability to be certified
    • Have experience with inventory and inventory control
    • Have experience with SAP, MS Office, (Outlook, Excel, Word) for completing billing for shipping
    • Have experience with RF scanners and cycle counts
    • Have the ability to stock, sort, and manage parts
    • At least 6 months experience in a manufacturing setting
    • Be able to multi-task and manage multiple projects
    • Have the ability to operate manual material moving equipment (pallet jack)
    • Ability to follow general guidelines and meet on-time expectations and deadlines
    • Ability to meet volume increase demands with good quality
    • Ability to work within a team environment to meet productivity goals
    • Ability to adapt to a managed change culture environment
    • Ability to motivate and work effectively in a team setting
    • Ability to read and follow directions
    • Able to comprehend and follow processes
    • Ability to identify non-conformance
    • Able and willing to participate in and support a team environment
    • Enjoy working within a Behavior Based Safety program environment
    • Other duties as assigned

    Job Requirements

    Requirements:
    • Ability to comprehend and follow job safety guidelines
    • Able to comprehend and follow directions on a load card, SOR (if applicable) or OMS.
    • Able to lift parts from floor to operation level frequently
    • Skilled in the use of air driven hand tools
    • Capable of setting up forms/fixtures to specifications
    • Understands/follows proper lockout procedures
    • Able to perform preventative maintenance to tools/equipment
    • Able to maintain forms as appropriate.
    • Able to comprehend and perform proper gluing processes Able to use required gauges and measuring devices
    • Able to use load moving devices
    • Ability to identify nonconformities
    • Proven history or ability to demonstrate safe / responsible behavior, and a positive performance record (including attendance)
