    Commonwealth Senior Livingis seeking a compassionate LPN/RNto join our team as an Assistant Resident Care Director(ARCD).

    In this role, you will provide care for our residents in our communities under the guidance of the Resident Care Director.

    Your main responsibilities will include administering and documenting medication and treatments as per physician's orders, recording all care provided to residents accurately, and providing direct nursing care and clinical supervision to nursing assistants.

    Additionally, you will play a critical role in scheduling the team, ensuring the comfort of residents, and responding to their physical and emotional needs.

    Qualifications

    To be considered for this role, you should have the following qualifications:


    • Graduate of a state-approved school of practical nursing.
    • Current license in the Commonwealth of Virginia, or ability to present proof of application for licensure in Virginia.
    • At least one year of successful nursing experience.
    • Experience in administering medication and either geriatric, psychiatric, or rehabilitation nursing.
    • Exceptional nursing and leadership skills.
    • Passion for providing exceptional customer service.
    • Strong drive to do the right thing and see tasks through to completion.
    • Passionate about achieving high-quality outcomes, having fun, and celebrating success.
    • Confident in speaking up and expressing concerns or ideas.
    • Excellent listening skills.
    • Takes ownership and consistently strives to add value by seeking out opportunities for improvement.
    • Demonstrates respect in all interactions.
    • Impeccable attention to detail.
    • Previous experience working with seniors is a plus.
    • Acceptable driving record.
