    Your Responsibilities:
    Take charge of your client portfolio with an entrepreneurial mindset, benefiting from a strong infrastructure and support system.
    Cultivate your personal brand and contribute to enhancing the client's brand within the local marketplace.
    Act as the quarterback, guiding the direction and scope of your client's projects.
    Mentor, train, and develop Assistant Project Managers and designers within your team.
    Inspire your team to achieve new heights in their careers and personal development.

    Act as a strategic business partner to clients, understanding their needs and leveraging your team's technical expertise to help them achieve their development objectives.

    Represent clients during significant project milestones, including public presentations and hearings.

    Your Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
    5+ years experience of Land Developmnet New Jersey
    Professional Engineering (PE) license.
    Proven track record of building, motivating, and leading high-performance site design teams.
    Experience in cultivating and expanding client relationships while delivering Best-in-Class service.
