    ATA Services Inc. seeks to hire several temp employees to work on different assignments for the upcoming Primary Election with Bernalillo County. * Start Dates: May 9 th , May 21 st and May 27 th

    • Pay Rate: $16.15 per hour, weekly pay
    • Schedule: Monday - Friday; 7:30am - 4:00pm Absentee Support Phase 1 Qualification Staff - Start Date 5/9/202- end date 6/4/2024
    This position is located on Broadway and Gibson SE.
    Data entry, answering phones, processing applications, absentee board support, mail preparation, and filing forms. Absentee Runner - Start Date 5/21/202- end date 6/5/2024
    This position is located on Broadway and Gibson SE.

    Assist the Absentee Board with running ballots from carts to tables and various qualification stages of the absentee process.

    This position requires that you can stand and walk for long periods. Voter Registration - Same Day Election Day - Start Date 5/27/202- end date 6/28/2024
    This position is in Downtown Albuquerque.
    Filing paperwork, sorting forms, customer service, Voter C Center setup, canvass board support, and data entry


    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug test.
    • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
    • Proven Administrative and Customer Service experience.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
    • Good practical experience with MS Office
    • Excellent knowledge of office equipment.
    • Strong verbal skills
