- Thought Leadership: Attend conferences, industry events, and through publications, showcasing the company's scientific expertise and thought leadership in diagnostic test development and drug therapies.
- PhD or MD with significant experience in molecular biology, diagnostic test development, or related field.
- Proven track record of leadership in a scientific or healthcare organization, preferably within the diagnostic or pharmaceutical industry.
- Experience in leading research and development efforts for diagnostic tests tailored to drug therapies.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and strategic initiatives, with a forward-thinking mindset.
- Experience in promoting products and thought leadership through conferences and publications.
