Due to major growth, we are expanding our Engineering team and are currently looking for an Engineering Manager to join the team.

This is an exciting opportunity for an Engineering Manager to come on board and support the delivery of new gaming products. In this role, you will provide line management and technical leadership, ensuring our engineering teams deliver product features effectively.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Guiding our engineering teams to higher efficiency and superior product quality through the streamlining of our development and deployment processes.
• Ensuring products meet performance, reliability, and security standards
• Leading by example, striving to improve our codebase and architecture while mentoring the next generation of Senior Engineers
• Growing and managing a team of engineers, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and high-performance

What you will bring to the role:

• You can create efficient, scalable integrations between systems, bridging technical and business needs with expertise in APIs and middleware
• You have excellent technical acumen and experience in web, cloud, and data technologies
• You have a deep understanding of software engineering principles and architectural best practices
• You have proven experience in building and leading high-performing engineering teams
• You are an excellent communicator, with the ability to describe technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
