Responsibilities:
Program Overview:
Multisystemic Therapy (MST) is a proven therapeutic model focused on providing community-based treatment for juveniles involved or at risk of involvement with the juvenile justice system. As an MST Family Counselor, your role involves working with the youth and their families to address various factors affecting behavior across different areas of their lives. This includes improving school performance, reducing substance use, enhancing social connections, and strengthening family dynamics.

The schedule is flexible and adapted to the availability of youth and families. Applicants must possess a valid driver's license, personal vehicle, and auto insurance. Mileage is reimbursed for community-based staff.
Salary: $58,000 per year based on education and clinical license
Qualifications:
Requirements:
Preference for a Master's degree in a social services field
Bachelor's degree in social services required, with relevant degrees such as social work, psychology, or counseling accepted
Experience with at-risk youth and families preferred
Comfort with maintaining a non-traditional schedule and electronic documentation
Good driving record with fewer than three violations in the last 36 months
