    Your expertise will ensure the accurate estimation of costs related to electrical installations, directly impacting our project planning and execution phases.

    This role demands a detailed-oriented professional who thrives in a collaborative environment, working closely with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to deliver comprehensive bids that align with project specifications and budgetary constraints.

    Competitive compensation and benefits packagesHealth insuranceRetirement planPaid time offOpportunities for career advancement and professional developmentResponsibilities:Thoroughly review project plans, specifications, and drawings to accurately determine electrical requirementsConduct on-site assessments to collect essential information, collaborating with project stakeholders to ensure a comprehensive understanding of project needsDevelop detailed cost estimates, including materials, labor, and equipment, utilizing your analytical skills and industry knowledgeUse estimating software and tools to prepare accurate and competitive bids, ensuring alignment with project goals and client expectationsIdentify potential risks and opportunities for cost savings, integrating this analysis into your estimation processWork with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive pricing for electrical components, enhancing the value and competitiveness of our bidsPrepare and present cost estimates to clients, participating in bid negotiations as necessary to secure projectsMaintain meticulous records of project estimates, bids, and all pertinent documentation, ensuring transparency and accuracyStay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices to continually enhance your expertise and the quality of your workQualifications:Minimum of 5 years of experience as an electrical estimator or a similar role within the construction industryAbility to read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.

    Familiarity with electrical codes, regulations, and industry standardsStrong analytical abilities with a keen attention to detail, ensuring accurate cost estimationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to work effectively with team members and clientsExperience with estimating software such as Accubid, McCormick, BHS, or similar programs is preferredDemonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environmentValid Missouri driver's license with willingness to travel to project sites within the Saint Louis Metro area as neededCONNECT WITH US TODAY TO LEARN MORE ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITYCompensation:
