    Vineyard Insurance was founded in 2004, we are an Independently owned and operated brokerage located in Apple Valley, CA offering Personal, business and Life Insurance to our customers in Multiple states.

    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role for a Licensed Insurance Agent at Vineyard Insurance Services located in Apple Valley, CA. The Licensed Insurance Agent will be responsible for providing advice and selling various types of insurance policies to clients. The agent will identify client needs, explain coverage options, and help clients select policies that suit their needs. They will also handle policy renewals, process claims, and maintain records of client interactions.

    Qualifications

    • Valid Property & casualty state license to sell insurance
    • Proven work experience as an Insurance Agent or similar role
    • Excellent knowledge of different types of insurance policies and coverage options
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to build and maintain good relationships with clients
    • Exceptional customer service skills
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
    • Proficient in using insurance sales software and CRM systems
    • Highly motivated and target-driven
