Job summary
Beebe Healthcare is seeking a skilled and motivated Lead Cardiac Rehab Professional (RN, Respiratory Therapist or Exercise Physiologist) to support the manager and facilitate the effective daily operations of our Cardiac Rehabilitation program. This role is responsible for providing high-quality patient care, ensuring clinical excellence, and promoting optimal recovery outcomes for patients with cardiac conditions.

- Demonstrates ability to plan and organize work flow to maximize productivity while maintaining quality, safety and customer satisfaction.
- Assists in the development of PDCA systems to implement and monitor process improvements. Takes action where appropriate.
