Manufacturing EngineerThis person will have a direct impact on the function and success of the manufacturing environment through providing expertise, consultation, and assistance to the process and manufacturing facility as a whole.
What you'll get to do:
Utilize expertise in process engineering to optimize manufacturing operationsDrive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and safetyAssist existing automated lines in production pace and efficiency Actively participate in the development and implementation of new processes and technologiesTake part in a highly automated manufacturing process equipped with high level robotics, vision systems, fixturing, laser welders, and clean roomsConsult, assist, and advice the existing manufacturing and leadership team>What will make you successfulBachelor's degree in Engineering or related fieldMinimum of 5 years of experience in process engineering within an automotive manufacturing environmentExperience with cell assembly, particularly in the production of fuel pumps Strong knowledge of automated manufacturing processes with minimal reliance on manpowerProficiency with mechanical systems and clean room operationsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing prioritiesExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detailEffective communication and interpersonal skillsAbout
