    Job DescriptionJob Summary:
    We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented General Accountant to join our finance team. As a General Accountant, you will be responsible for performing various financial tasks, including balance sheet reconciliation, regulatory reporting, budgeting, account reconciliation, cash flow analysis, payroll processing, financial report interpretation, financial accounting, financial auditing, and corporate finance. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

    Responsibilities:
    - Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
    - Conduct regular balance sheet reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data
    - Assist in the preparation of regulatory reports and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
    - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and monitor budgets
    - Perform account reconciliations to identify discrepancies or errors and take appropriate corrective actions
    - Conduct cash flow analysis to monitor liquidity and make recommendations for improvement
    - Process payroll accurately and in a timely manner
    - Interpret financial reports to provide insights and recommendations to management
    - Assist with financial audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations
    - Support corporate finance activities such as capital budgeting, investment analysis, and risk management

    Skills:
    - Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
    - Proficiency in financial software applications (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP)
    - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
    - Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
    - Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
    - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    - Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
    - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

    -Proficient in working with ADP
    - Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to financial reporting
