Sales Desk Agent
Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Agent to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting tours and closing sales. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to sales, and a deep commitment to achieving sales targets and company objectives.
This position requires availability and scheduling on weekends and holidays. Candidates must be prepared to work shifts that fall outside the standard Monday-Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm schedule.
Key Responsibilities
Sales and Customer Service
- Promote, and sell tours to prospective customers
- Handle high volumes of inbound sales inquiries
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Track and document all sales activities
Qualifications
Required Skills and Experience
- Proven work experience as a Sales Agent, Sales Representative, or similar role
- Highly motivated and target-driven
- Excellent selling, communication skills
- Ability to deliver tour information tailored to customer needs
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
