Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site role based in Houston, TX for a Community Field Representative.
The Community Field Representative will represent Love Bars at select active community gatherings and fitness events. This role focuses on product promotion, direct engagement, and creating an inviting brand presence within high-energy environments.
You will represent Love Bars within the community. B
uilding authentic connections, increasing product visibility, and helping drive brand growth through personality, professionalism, and persuasive communication.
Flexible hours required, including evenings and select weekends.
Qualifications
- Field Marketing and Sales expertise to effectively promote products and
contribute to growth initiatives - Strong Relationship Building and Communication skills to establish and maintain
meaningful connections within active communities - Proven
ability to create engaging, welcoming experiences in social or event-based environments - Self-motivation
nd a results-oriented approach to achieving performance targets - Confident, outgoing personality with a natural ability to attract and engage others
- Willingness
to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends for community events - Experience i
n product promotion, hospitality, fitness, or lifestyle brands is a plus - Background in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields is a plus; however, personality, presence, and performance are most important.
