Job Description:
About the Role: TreeHouse Foods is on a transformational journey to implement Blue Yonder ERP solution which would be integrated with our current SAP ERP.
The deployment will span over the next 24-36 months.The solution scope includes:
Integrated Business PlanningAIML Demand PlanningEnterprise Supply PlanningMaterials PlanningSAP IntegrationThis transformation will be a key enabler for us to engage and delight one customer at a time.
This role is key for migration from legacy to next generation ERP System, Blue Yonder.
You will add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to:
Developing comprehensive ERP Solution deigns that align with business goals and requirements.
Provide technical leadership throughout the ERP implementation lifecycle.
Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure seamless integration of ERP solutions.
Customize and Configure ERP business systems to meet specific business needs while adhering to best practices.Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate ERP Solutions with existing systems and applications.
Identify and resolve technical issues, ensuring the smooth operation of ERP systems.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation related to ERP solution architecture, configurations, and processes.
Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and advancements in ERP Technology.
You'll fit right in if you have:
Minimum of 5 years' experience in the implementation, configuration, and integration of Blue Yonder or other cloud-based ERP Supply Planning platforms, in the context of a manufacturing environment.
Strong Track record on leading IBP, Demand, Supply Planning implementation teams, and architecture design in a business-facing environment.Hands-on experience in SAP to Blue Yonder functional integrations and migrationsExperience of working on implementation projects and working with third party systems integrators and business stakeholders.
Strong Knowledge of end-to-end supply chain planning - from demand forecasting through supply replenishment.Understanding of supply planning concepts - consumption, safety stock, production rates/constraints etc... (APICS certification preferred).Demonstrable complex problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
