    What Makes a FirstCash Reporting Analyst:
    As a Reporting Analyst in our Ft.

    Worth headquarters office, the primary goals will be to accurately perform intermediate-level analysis work, daily reporting, ad-hoc reporting and assisting in producing financial reporting packages that are varied and moderately complex in nature.

    Secondarily, the Reporting Analyst will provide support maintaining internal database systems used and assist in the preparation of reports for Company leadership.

    Roles and Responsibilities:
    Prepare and/or assist in the preparation of detailed, timely and accurate reports, analysis and variance to budget reports on a regular basis
    Responsible for accurate supporting documentation for internal and external deliverables
    Provide subject matter expert support for the reports and processes you maintain
    Identify trends and present findings to team management
    Closely partner with accounting and field leadership groups to ensure accuracy of analysis versus budget and prior-year
    Research, review and maintain monthly financial statement variances
    Provide data to internal partners and teams that are unable to create themselves
    Help develop best practices for maintaining analyses, projections, reports, and presentations
    Assist in maintaining department standards, policies and procedures

    Qualifications:

    Degree required:
    Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics preferred
    1+ years of business finance or other relevant experience
    Fluent with Excel, experience with planning/forecasting systems a plus
    Excellent relationship building and communication skills
    Ability to rapidly assume new responsibilities
    Ability to offer creative solutions that improve the quality or efficiency of reporting and analytics
