    Position Summary:

    In the Marketing Coordinator role, you work to initiate effective marketing campaigns online, and to translate business goals into successful marketing campaigns.

    Will help develop and implements digital marketing, social media, and e-commerce programs to support sales growth and customer experience.


    Responsibilities & duties:
    Design, development and manage creative digital campaign content (messaging, imagery, videos) for all platforms.

    Maintain division level social media presence across all relevant channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) and maintain a positive brand image while managing consumer feedback in conjunction with city marketing team.

    Manage MLS and website presence by updating entering new communities, plans or inventory, updating information in all platforms including BRIX, setting open house, assigning lockboxes, etc.

    Create and oversee marketing and branding activities including collateral and materials, print, advertising, signage, web/video/photo content, digital, electronic and social media, direct mail, CRM, text code programs as needed.

    Support internal and external marketing through coordination and attendance at special events, community activities, and on-site events to assist in managing event logistics.

    Includes ordering awards, promotional products, food and beverages, Execute model home and sales center programming including merchandising, signage, flags, imaging, maps, etc.

    Assist VP of Sales with collection and analysis of market study information as needed. Manage inventory staging program as needed.
    Act as liaison with Corporate for division inclusion in company newsletters and communications. Audit and coordinate with local developers to ensure Developer Websites / Google my business pages are correct.
    Enforce strict adherence to brand standards and guidelines across all internal and external partners.

    Knowledgeable in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Google Analytics, and WordPressProficient with standard software such as Windows, Word, Excel, and OutlookEffective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills Maintain proper and professional etiquette and appearance.

    Exemplary customer service skills Attention to detail to ensure tasks are completed thoroughly and correctly in fast-paced high work volumeKnowledge of office management responsibilities, systems, and producers Strong interpersonal skills to interact positively with all employees Flexibility to help assist with new task and office changeCapacity to prioritize and delegate tasksExcellent time management skills and ability to multi- task and prioritize work Must have a valid driver's license and successfully pass a background check

    Education Requirements:
    BS/BA in Public Relations, Marketing Business, or Communications2+ years of experience in related field
