Job summary
The Operational Support Associate supports the operation by logging of all in-coming purchase orders and audits completed receiving paperwork to ensure accuracy.This role assists inventory to ensure that all stores are appropriately stocked for customers and observes incoming/outgoing merchandise for defects and damage.
The Receiving Clerk will call vendors for packing lists and freight bills as necessary and maintain a comprehensive filing system for completed receiving packets.
This role operates distribution computers systems as required to efficiently control merchandise flow,
- uses industrial motorized equipment
- to unload trailers,
- transport,
- select stock load heavy/large merchandise.
