    Our ideal Ticket Sales Representatives are enthusiastic about assisting people and ensuring they have an unforgettable vacation experience. You will skillfully recommend the most suitable tour package to guests based on your knowledge of our offerings and pricing, aiming to achieve your sales targets.

    Essential Requirements

    • Accurately manage cash transactions and receipts, reconcile cash drawers, and safeguard ticket inventory and company assets
    • Ability to work autonomously, adhering to established guidelines and regulations to meet guest requirements effectively
    • Capable of handling high-pressure situations and challenging individuals while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor
    • Proficient in English (verbal and written) to communicate with fellow team members and the public
    • Flexible availability for shifts, including weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays

    Qualifications

    • High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
    • If driving is necessary for work, a valid Driver's License with a satisfactory three-year driving record is required
