    Job Summary:
    We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-oriented Parts Associate to join our team at Hessert Chevrolet in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This is a full-time individual contributor role, providing excellent customer service within the auto industry.

    As a Parts Associate, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their vehicle part needs and ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of orders.

    Responsibilities:

    • Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
    • Listen to customers' needs and assist them in finding the appropriate parts for their vehicles
    • Provide accurate and timely quotes for parts and services
    • Process parts orders and accurately track inventory levels
    • Maintain a clean and organized parts department
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional customer service
    • Communicate with technicians to ensure timely repair of vehicles
    • Stay current with new parts and product information
    • Meet or exceed sales goals and targets set by management

    Requirements:

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Minimum of 1 year of experience in the automotive industry and/or customer service field
    • Strong customer service and sales skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks
    • Proficient computer skills and ability to learn new systems
    • Knowledge of automotive parts and terminology
    • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
    • Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
    • Valid driver's license with clean driving record
