    Overview:

    USAN is seeking a highly motivated and innovative ServiceNow Administrator to join our internal IT Services organization. In this role, you will provide support for users across our organization through the configuration, integration, and maintenance of our ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong working knowledge of IT roles and functions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities to reduce friction in our internal workflows and improve user experience.

    Responsibilities:

    • Collaboration: Provide administrative support for teams and users at all levels of the organization.
    • Security: Manage user licensing, role-based permissions and IAM integrations.
    • System Health: Maintain the integrity of the ServiceNow platform, provide on-call support of the production environment, and assist with version upgrades.
    • Integrations: Manage REST APIs, data transfers and other integrations between ServiceNow and other internal applications.
    • Custom Applications: Maintain and troubleshoot reported issues with custom invoicing and purchase order applications.
    • Documentation: Manage functional and process documentation within the Knowledge base.

    Basic Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree: 3.0+ cumulative GPA, preferably in a technology-related field
    • ServiceNow Experience: 2+ years working experience with ServiceNow in an administrative role, and familiarity with ServiceNow's SPM and ITSM modules
    • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
    • Cloud Experience: Familiarity with Cloud technologies, specifically AWS
    • Adaptive: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adjust to changing priorities
    • Self-motivated: Curious, eager to learn and able to work independently as well as part of a team

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Okta: Experience working with Okta Identity Management
    • Development Experience: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and/or Jelly Script a strong plus
    • Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, AWS Certifications
    • Scrum: Familiarity with SCRUM Agile work methodologies
