    What You'll Do as a CNA:

    • Aid in daily living activities for all long-term care residents and post-acute patients.
    • Provide assistance to licensed nurses and therapy team, ensuring top care is given to those we serve.
    • Ensuring patient supplies are available for patient care.
    • Working closely with interdisciplinary teams to provide the best care to all residents according to their care plan needs.

    What You'll Need:

    • Active and valid CNA license in the state of Colorado.
    • Passion for long term care and a great team member
