- Contacting cities, townships and states to learn about the permits process for their area
- Informing the city, township and/or state what type of install is taking place on the customer's home and purchasing the permit
- Entering notes into the system for each order so project managers, schedulers and processors understand where we are at with the permits process
- Update information whenever needed; for example, when there is a new hire in the city, township or state so we know who our point of contact person is at all times
- Take customer payments over the phone
- High School diploma or GED
- Must have a minimum of one (1) year of professional work experience
- Must have basic computer skills, including basic proficiency with MS Word & Excel
- Problem solving skills
- Excellent communication skills as well as great organizational skills
- Able to multi-task
- Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Must be able to remain sitting in a stationary position for prolonged periods
- Requires the ability to move about inside the office
- Must be able to move items weighing up to 25 pounds
- Must be able to communicate effectively with staff, customers, vendors, and the public
- Constantly operates a computer and other office equipment such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer

Full-time, 40 hours per week/52 weeks per year. Standard hours may vary, but typical shifts may be M - F, 8am-5pm EST.
