Physician - Orthopedic Surgery - Weston/Elkins - Mon Health

Description

The physician provides clinical care in outpatient and/or inpatient setting. Follows and directs evidence based practices established within the service line. Collaborate and coordinate the individual treatment plan with the clinical team as necessary to assure appropriate continuum of care.


Minimum Education Requirement:
Graduate of an Accredited Medical School. Candidates must have an MD or DO degree and be eligible to obtain an unrestricted West Virginia medical license. Candidates must have completed an accredited orthopedic surgery fellowship program.


Minimum Experience Requirement: Previous experience in a hospital or clinic setting preferred.


Minimum License Requirement:
Unrestricted West Virginia Licensure. Current Federal Drug Enforcement Agency Certificate. Board eligible required. Board Certified preferred. Fully credentialed through medical staff according to orthopedic surgery services.
