Provides on-going multi-computer site support for Business Intelligence Software activities associated with the installation, upgrading, testing, and maintenance of TIBCO WebFOCUS 9.

x software in a multiple server and multiple network operating system environmentsFollows detailed work plans for both installation and continuing maintenanceConducts tests and monitors new installationsExperience with IBM Cognos a plusSenior level position requires a seasoned professional with a full understanding of industry practicesRequires high level of experience and proficiency in fieldKnowledge:
Comprehensive knowledge pertaining to concepts and principles in functional areaGeneral knowledge of department/business lines, , and / or System operations, policies, procedures and technologiesCommunications:Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, creativity, attention to detail, and oral and written communications skills tailored for the intended audience

Risk Management:
