    Your Responsibilities


    As an Automotive Technician, you will:

    • Utilize your expertise to diagnose and repair vehicles across a variety of makes and models.
    • Gain valuable experience working on both domestic and foreign vehicles.
    • Conduct thorough and honest courtesy vehicle inspections.
    • Collaborate with your team to address guest concerns swiftly and effectively.
    • Uphold our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization.
    • Communicate effectively with management and guests to ensure a seamless experience.

    What We're Looking For


    To succeed in this role, you should have:

    • A positive attitude and a genuine desire to serve customers.
    • 5+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic.
    • ASE Certifications (preferred).
    • The ability to diagnose and repair all makes/models of vehicles.
    • Basic computer and internet skills.
    • A willingness to learn new skills and processes.
    • A professional appearance and strong communication abilities.
    • Experience driving manual transmission vehicles.

    Physical Requirements


    This role requires you to:

    • Occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds.
    • Work with tools on vehicles lifted above your head.
    • Navigate tight spaces as needed for repairs.
    • Demonstrate dexterity to efficiently use hand tools.
    • Stand and walk for the majority of your workday.
