Georgia Pines Behavioral Health Crisis Unit is currently seeking a real leader, someone who has the passion, commitment, talent, and ability to work collaboratively with their peers to continue to advance the mission and vision of the organization.
The selected applicant will have the pleasure of providing persons, families or vulnerable populations with the psychosocial support needed to cope with chronic, acute, or terminal illnesses and physical or developmental disabilities. Provides patient education and counseling, advises caregivers, and makes necessary referrals for other social services. Completes bio-psychosocial assessments, collaborates with consumers to complete individualized treatment plans, conducts individual, group, and family therapy sessions, makes appropriate referrals for needed services, responsible for pursuing licensure as a LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.

This position is an integral part of the agency's Behavioral Health Crisis Center (BHCC) and reports directly to the selected team lead with the appropriate latitude for utilizing seasoned judgment to accomplish his/her responsibilities.
Minimum Qualifications
Master's degree is required and eligibility to be licensed as a LPC, LCSW, or LMFT.
