    Description


    Our client is a bustling dermatology practice with offices in Rochester and Canandaigua, looking for a new office manager to step in and work alongside a team of providers to lead the practice into its next stage.

    Responsibilities include:
    all HR duties, such as hiring, disciplinary action and termination, performance reviews, and scheduling
    ongoing communication with payroll, i.e. reviewing hours, time off, and wage adjustments for accuracy
    oversight of billing, front desk, and clinical staff
    general office duties such as inventory tracking and ordering, and monitoring the condition of medical equipment
    collaboration with providers on their concerns, needs, and the general management of the practice

    Candidates will work out of the Rochester location primarily, but must be open to commuting to Canandaigua on occasion.


    Offerings include:
    Monday thru Friday, daytime hours . 8AM-5PM with some flexibility to start early or stay late
    Salary

    between $63,000 - $65,000 annually

    Minimum Qualifications:
    prior HR experience is required
    3+ years of prior management experience is required
    prior medical/healthcare experience is highly preferred
    COVID-19 vaccination is required
