UT Health San Antonio is seeking an Intermediate IT Process Analyst to lead cross-functional teams in evaluating operational processes, document functional requirements to identify process improvement opportunities, and develop future state process flows.
The ideal candidate will be able to apply strong analytical skills to determine the best alternatives for realizing organizational efficiencies.
What you'll do
Some of your responsibilities as an IT Process Analyst will include:
Establishing a strong understanding and applying Six Sigma and Lean principles where appropriate.
Analyzing workflow information and evaluating existing and new software solutions
Performing process optimization analysis and developing process artifacts and deliverables
Collaborating with departmental and business managers
Writing detailed business requirement specifications
Utilizing Process Analysis expertise to conduct or support project managers
Facilitating workshops/interviews and applying advanced process modeling and analysis techniques
What you'll bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have the following qualities:
Strong analytical skills.
Ability to work with various group sizes to reach consensus on approaches to achieve expected project outcomes.
Ability to bridge functional requirements into technical requirements.
Knowledge of basic software development life-cycle (SDLC) exposure.
