Job summary
The Administrative Assistant provides front desk support to the branch manager and sales staff in a branch environment by greeting visitors and managing phone calls and inquiries.This role is responsible for planning and executing area events, managing systems and workflows, and supporting marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities include organizing the filing system,
distributing mail,
assisting with marketing materials,
and performing clerical tasks.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- A minimum of one-year related experience preferred.
