- Valid Class D Minnesota driver's license; free of moving violations.
- Minimum 18 years old.
- Has experience operating power mowers, hedge trimmers, weed whip, leaf vacuum, chainsaw, and lawn tractors. Has basic knowledge of equipment upkeep.
- Attention to detail a must.
- Can work for extended periods of time in outdoor elements.
- Strong customer focus with ability to multi-task, work independently and as a member of the Maintenance team.
- Can perform heavy physical labor on a daily basis.

Description
This position is responsible for maintaining the grounds to provide a professional, best first impression of our organization.This is done by performing grounds duties that include:
mowing, trimming, weeding, landscaping, leaf-raking, mulch replacement, irrigation monitoring, composting, seeding, turf management, exterior pressure washing, painting, and trash pickup.
This position will also assist GRH Maintenance Engineers with projects as needed.Qualifications:
