- Must be based in Chicago-land
- 10+ years in Food Production Management
- Strong experience in plant management, plant operations, and operations management
- Provide technical expertise relative to Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP), Food safety and SQF
- Expertise in implementing, auditing, and training quality systems
- Track performance and monitor facility progress weekly, based on internal key indicators required by the organization, regulatory agencies, and customers
- Supervise Quality Assurance and delivery metrics
- Perform and document periodical and random checks on products and services to ensure quality standards are met
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to effectively manage and develop a team
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Understanding of safety regulations and compliance
- Experience in the food manufacturing industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred

Role Description
With the recent purchase of our building -- our in house manufacturing plant is expanding We are looking for two (2) experienced Plant Managers. This is a full-time on-site role at JiMMYBAR / Netties Kitchen located in Elk Grove Village, IL. The Plant Manager will be responsible for overseeing plant operations, production planning, and manufacturing operations. They will manage and optimize the manufacturing processes and resources, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety.
