    We are seeking individuals with robust experience to join us as a Logistics Supervisor.

    As the Logistics Supervisor, you'll tackle a range of challenges, with a primary focus on maintaining top-notch customer service for both internal and external stakeholders.

    The ideal candidate is a natural leader, highly organized, and a proven problem-solver.

    BASIC DUTIES
    Coordinate all customer deliveries, ensuring adherence to company policies and promised timelines.
    Facilitate outbound shipments via common carriers.
    Optimize efficiency and profitability by effectively planning routes and manpower.
    Oversee consistent pre- and post-trip inspections and ensure compliance with DOT regulations.
    Manage logistics personnel to ensure timely, accurate, and safe shipping and delivery operations.
    Collaborate with Middle and Upper Management on policy, planning, and strategic decisions.

    BASIC SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, and ABILITIES
    Excellent customer service and communication skills.
    Self-motivation and adaptability to changing priorities.
    Proficiency in various mobile and computer applications.
    Critical thinking, time management, people management, judgment, decision-making, social awareness, coaching, and teaching abilities are essential.
