    We are looking for a creative and diligent systems architect to play an integral role in the development of architectural requirements and specifications for our product, from system-to-cell level.

    You will work on a wide variety of technical evaluations, modeling, and analysis activities to define the architecture of Form's long duration storage battery.

    You will tie together product requirements, functional requirements, compliance, failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA), and validation testing using a thoughtful and collaborative process.

    This role requires a broad understanding of engineering disciplines, spanning mechanical, electrical, controls, and battery engineering.
    Co-build and maintain the overall structure and documentation systems for requirements, from system-level to battery cell-level.
    Drive reconciliation of key functional requirements and specifications among various stakeholders through thoughtful, data- and analysis-driven collaboration

    Help build and drive a failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA) process that continuously feeds FMEA learnings into functional requirements.

    Collaborate with engineers in compliance analysis, system interface definitions, and associated requirements definition.

    Collaborate with domain experts and modeling groups to help scope, execute, and communicate the results of trade studies that inform architecture decisions.

    Ability to quickly gain a working knowledge of a wide range of technical details spanning multiple disciplines, from electrochemistry to mechanical engineering

    ~ Experience with architectural modeling software such as Simulink System Composer, Cameo, No Magic, or similar
