Perform an active meet and greet and write-up with clear communication and expectations.
Utilize tools provided to perform job duties at the highest level possible and enhance the guest experience.
Review the Vehicle Diagnosis & Multi Point Inspection with strict adherence to the Balise Group Service Selling & Customer Handling SystemDetermine and recommend needed maintenance based on age, mileage and history of vehicle.
Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts.Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and update customers as needed.
Verify that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order.
Explain all completed work and charges to customers.
Understand that the business is built on customer satisfaction and commit to guaranteeing. customer satisfaction is maintained at the highest level.
Personal Sales and CSI scores must meet dealership expectations.

Environmental & Physical Requirements:

QualificationsSkills & Requirements:
This position requires excellent communication skills and high customer service orientation performed with an unbridled sense of urgency and enthusiasm.
Strong negotiation, communication skills and high emotional intelligence.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Manufacturer experience preferred, but not required.
