    Summary



    This position is located within the Recovery Directorate, Office of Response and Recovery, Federal Emergency Management Agency. The ideal candidate for this position will have supervisory experience overseeing budget planning, recruitment, project planning, and action office functions while developing analyses of complex operational issues and providing sound recommendations.



    Duties


    What will I do in this position if hired?

    In this position, you will be managing finance and workforce support or internal coordination and monitoring teams. Typical assignments include:

    • Assisting in the review of problems and requirements for Individuals and Households Program resources needed to meet FEMA's Recovery mission.
    • Communicating operational information to management for effective evaluation of program operations and performance
    • Providing administrative advice to senior managers on a variety of issues.
    • Supervising and managing work and staff within an assigned office.
