Job summary
This position supports our Vending Division, specifically within our full-scale Dining Center operation located inside the Valley Oak Commerce Complex at TTAI – one of our largest customer sites.The Dining Center serves fresh, made-on-site meals to employees across multiple shifts,
combining quality food service with a customer-focused experience.
Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients by measuring, cutting, chopping, slicing and washing vegetables meats and other items in accordance with written recipes using commercial cooking equipment.
- Follow approved recipes and production standards to ensure proper food quality serving temperatures and portion control.
- Serve food to customers efficiently courteously.
