Account Manager

A global CRG client in the Triad is seeking an Account Manager to join their team. Our client has provided packaging services globally for almost 20 years and is continuing to grow. The Account Manager will serve as the main liaison for assigned accounts, driving operational efficiency within the team.

Opportunity: Direct Hire

Location: Danville, VA; Onsite with some flexibility

Compensation: $60,000 - $80,000

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients, internal partners, and team members, fostering collaboration and alignment towards achieving client and company objectives.
• Act as a liaison between corporate clients and internal teams, facilitating communication and ensuring client needs are met effectively and efficiently.
• Recruit, train, and mentor employees within the support team, evaluating performance, providing feedback, and offering opportunities for growth and development.
• Monitor team and client program performance, analyzing metrics and reporting insights to stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.
• Manage timely and accurate setup and maintenance of client programs, including handling one-off sourcing requests and resolving any operational issues or system limitations.
• Conduct regular meetings with clients, account teams, and shared services to review progress, address concerns, and ensure alignment with objectives.
• Oversee expense management and collaborate with Finance to resolve billing issues..

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or at least 2 years of relative experience.
• Proven experience as a leader in the supply chain industry preferred.
• Knowledge of performance metrics.
