RELOCATION IS AVAILABLE

Own the Mechanical Integrity program for fixed and rotating equipment on site
Lead strategic and tactical reliability efforts to achieve TEEP & OEE targets
Drive a continuous improvement mindset, actively identify opportunities for upgrades/improvement, and support implementation where possible

Responsibilities:

Support and provide technical expertise to Operations, Maintenance, Capital Projects, Turn Arounds, and Construction activities
Provide technical oversight and recommendations for fixed and rotating equipment
Develop equipment care strategies for key Rotating and Fixed Equipment classes
Support troubleshooting efforts and provide off-hours support as required
Participate in incident investigations and lead Root Cause Analysis (RCAs)
Manage the site Reliability RCA program
Ensure compliance with codes, Company requirements, and relevant site work practices
Own repair quality assurance
Network to identify emerging technologies and provide insight on vendor selection
Support Process Safety Management, audits, assessments, and studies
Ensure risk mitigation strategies are in place for key assets
Track equipment inspections, MOCs, and key KPIs for Reliability

Qualifications:

BS in Engineering or relevant experience
5+ years of experience in industrial facilities, preferably chemicals, polymer, petrochemical, pharma, or pulp and paper manufacturing
Knowledge of Reliability analysis techniques
Experience with API and ASME standards
Experience in developing long term reliability strategies
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
Effective Communication Skills

Preferred Qualifications:

BS in Mechanical Engineering
5+ years as a Fixed or Rotating Equipment Reliability Engineer in a plant setting
Experience in chemical, polymer, petrochemical, pharma, or pulp and paper manufacturing
SAP Plant Maintenance Experience
Strong knowledge in the design and application of fixed and rotating equipment
