    We offer competitive pay rates between $55.00 and $60.00 per hour, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance, as well as additional plans for Life Insurance, Accident Insurance, and more. Full-time employees are eligible for our extensive benefits program.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Coordination: Ensure the smooth delivery of care across various settings, including home healthcare, to enhance patient wellness and quality of life.
    • Facilitation: Communicate effectively with patients, families, and Occupational Therapy Assistants to ensure comprehensive care.
    • Advocacy: Support patients and their families in accessing timely and appropriate care and education.
    • Assessment: Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' needs through direct contact and collaboration with healthcare professionals.
    • Planning: Develop tailored plans of care with measurable goals in conjunction with patients and the healthcare team.

    Requirements:

    • Education: Bachelor's or higher degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
    • Certification: National Board Certification in Occupational Therapy and a valid state license.
    • Experience: Minimum of one year of direct patient care within the last five years in the United States.
    • Flexibility: Willingness to provide care in various settings, including inpatient, outpatient, and psychosocial environments.

    Work Environment:

    Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods in a designated area.

    Work Schedule:

    • Day and Night shifts available.
    • Monday to Friday with potential weekend availability.
