    Job Duties

    Exemplifies the image of "Aloha" while assisting guests in accordance with Outrigger policies and procedures. Answers incoming calls and directs call to guest rooms, staff, or departments through the PBX system. Provides information on guest services, and answers inquires about public hotel events.


    Must be able to work flexible days and shifts and have a strong service oriented attitude and able to work well with others.
