    We are seeking a seasoned marketing leader to drive a superior member experience across both digital and analog channels that fosters a solid value proposition for employers and brokers.

    This candidate will be able to bring strategic thinking and creative solutions for B2B and B2C audiences by partnering cross-functionally with leaders across UnitedHealthcare.

    The ideal candidate enjoys ambiguity, appreciates team collaboration and leads teams to deliver marketing results that support business needs. This will report to the vice president of marketing for Out of Network. You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.


    Primary Responsibilities:


    Lead a team of five and represent Marketing in business and leadership meetingsLead the integration of legacy digital channels (member portal, website) into UnitedHealthcare platform for superior member experienceOptimize brand strategy through integration with UnitedHealthcare channels (web, social, chat, app, etc.)Lead communications across segmented audiences include direct-to-member, B2B2C and direct to provider engagementDirect the optimization of sales enablement B2B content and marketing support to enable growthDevelop and implement best practicesYou'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.


    Required Qualifications:
    10+ years of experience of leadership experience (corporate or agency side) in a highly matrixed environmentExperience managing budget and timelinesExperience in managing and working with agency and/or media partnerProven ability to lead highly visible, complex projects with cross-functional teamsProven ability to manage relationships and strategic partnershipsDemonstrated ability to synthesize complex information into clear, concise directionProven ability to set measurement criteria to achieve resultsProven ability to strategize and apply a sound understanding of business and financial measuresProven ability, aptitude and desire to present to senior leaders Proven to be a standout idea generator and problem solver with excellent communication and organizational skills

    Preferred Qualifications:

    Washington Residents Only:
    The salary range for this role is $122,100 to $234,700 annually. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.

    In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
