    Position Summary

    As the Employee Benefits Account Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth operation of the benefits administration process.

    Your responsibilities will include maintaining electronic files, managing shared inboxes, updating project management tools, and ensuring accurate documentation of processes.

    You will also assist in benefit guide creation and updates, contributing to the delivery of high-quality service to clients and stakeholders.

    Essential Responsibilities and Duties
    Organize and maintain electronic files related to benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
    Establish electronic file management protocols to streamline retrieval and storage of documents.
    Monitor shared client support inboxes for incoming inquiries, requests, and documentation related to benefits.
    Prioritize and distribute client support inbox messages to appropriate team members for timely resolution.
    Utilize project management software, such as , to track and update the status of benefits-related tasks and projects.
    Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is reflected in
    Manage and update the retail benefits system used for benefits administration, including employee records, enrollment data, and plan details.
    Conduct regular audits of benefit administration system to ensure data integrity and compliance with regulatory requirements.

    Handle the processing of benefit changes, including Qualifying Life Events (QLEs), enrollments, terminations, and other updates in the benefit administration system.

    Verify the accuracy of data entered into the benefit administration system and resolve discrepancies as needed.
    Document standard operating procedures (SOPs) and workflows for benefits administration processes.
    Regularly review and update process documentation to reflect changes in policies, regulations, or best practices.
    Manage the service calendar to track important deadlines, renewal dates, and client meetings related to benefits administration.
    Coordinate scheduling and reminders to ensure timely completion of tasks and deliverables included in the service calendar.
    Collaborate with team members to create, update, and customize benefit guides for clients.
    Ensure benefit guides accurately reflect plan details, eligibility criteria, and enrollment instructions.

    Education/Experience
    Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, a related field, or equivalent related work experience required.
    Prior experience in benefits administration, HR administration, or a similar role required.
    Proficiency in using project management software and Microsoft Office suite.


    Work Environment:
    This position operates in a hybrid work environment.
    This position routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and

    photocopiers/printers.
    Travel within the US 10% of the time for client meetings and industry events.
