    Heartland Behavioral Health Services has been providing care for children and adolescents for over 100 years in Nevada, Missouri. We treat male and female patients ages 4 through 17 in both as well as for conditions ranging from depression, anxiety and other mood disorders to recovering from a. All of our programs have been designed and tailored to help our patients grow and prosper.

    Heartland is nestled within 50 secluded acres in Nevada, Missouri, providing the perfect rural area setting for our residents to heal and grow. A reprieve from everyday life, our peaceful environment allows residents to return to the basics and reconnect with themselves and others. We also offer leisure activities, such as baseball, basketball and an equestrian program, that allow children and adolescents to enjoy themselves while building self-confidence, trust and teamwork.

    The Community Liaison-Marketing Representative in conjuection with Senior Management, plans, develops and implements, as approved, a marketing strategy for specific targeted areas. Assisting in: public relations, advertising, events both on and off campus as needed. High level of data study, rectification, and utilization and ability to step into intake department as needed.

    Job Duties/Responsibilities:

    • Be knowledgeable of referral source and contacts.
    • Be aware of mission and overall goals of the entire facility
    • Develop and submit weekly marketing plan

    Must have experience in the healthcare field.

    Qualifications

    Requirements:

    • The Community Liaison-Marketing Representative must possess a Bachelor degree in relevant field as well as experience in: public relations, marketing, media and healthcare preferred. Valid driver's license required.

    WORKING CONDITIONS:

    1. Physical Requirements: A wide range of motor activity is required in performing job responsibilities. The majority of activity will be standing, walking, bending, and lifting as necessary in the office setting. Ability to ascent and descent stairs in a timely fashion and sit long periods of time sorting paperwork and keyboarding.
    2. Mental/Visual/Auditory: Concentration and attention to detail are necessary to evaluate the job duty. Ability to cope with the mental and emotional stress of the position. Must be able to see and hear, or use prosthetics that will enable the senses to function adequately to ensure that the requirements of the position may be fully met.
    3. Environment: The environment is an enclosed building subject to occasional inconveniences such as heating, cooling, ventilation and noise disturbances. Out of the building situations may occur.
    4. Tools/Equipment Used: Daily use of computers, printers, telephone and fax machines, copier, etc.
