    Job Summary:
    Our company is currently seeking a Radiologic Technologist in Seattle. As a Radiologic Technologist, you will provide Radiology services to patients according to physician orders, ensuring patient safety and delivering high-quality imaging. Your responsibilities will include preparing Radiology rooms for procedures, developing images, maintaining supply levels, and operating equipment efficiently while adhering to safety standards. You will also play a crucial role in identifying patient and family requirements across all age groups. Demonstrating exceptional customer service skills, maintaining patient and staff confidentiality, and committing to self-improvement are essential qualities for this role.

    Essential Responsibilities:
    • Perform quality general radiographic and specialty images respecting patient comfort. Evaluate images for technical quality and proper identification. Provide Radiology services and patient education for all age groups. Adhere to safety measures and policies, ensuring accurate patient information input. Promote patient-focused care and maintain strict confidentiality. Maintain safe radiation levels and equipment checks to protect patients and staff. Coordinate training and assist in operational policy development. Work effectively in a team environment, rotating shifts and assignments as needed.

    Basic Qualifications:
    • N/A
    Education
    • Graduate of an approved accredited radiologic technology program by time of hire.
    License, Certification, Registration
    • Certified Radiologic Technologist (Washington) required at hire
    • Basic Life Support required at hire

    Additional Requirements:
    • Demonstrate knowledge and expertise in required procedures. Strong communication and problems solving skills. Work well with physicians, customers, and colleagues. Adhere strictly to safety measures and infection control practices. Commit to excellent customer service and support company's strategy and mission. Effectively communicate with all populations.

    Preferred Qualifications:
    • One (1) year of direct experience with diagnostic procedures.
