This is for Sessional appointments for up to 5 years with the possibility of extension(s).

We currently have the following positions available:

Consultant Psychiatrist – 12 sessions per fortnight AND Head of Service – Consultant Psychiatrist – 4 sessions per fortnight.

In this exciting lead role you will:

Consultant Psychiatrist

Provide clinical leadership, coordination and direction to a multi-disciplinary team responsible for delivering evidence based best practice eating disorder treatment. You will be responsible for the psychiatric and medical assessment and treatment of clients in the service, and evaluating the provision of recovery-oriented best-practice treatment in the service.

Head of Service - Consultant Psychiatrist

In addition to the above role of Consultant Psychiatrist, this role will also provide clinical governance, ensure quality service standards and efficient resource management.
